Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description: We`re searching for a Marketing Executive who is dynamic and committed, with expertise in marketing, sales, and telemarketing, especially in steel structure sales.

  • Sales Targets: Proactively source new clients and successfully achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Client Relationships: Conduct regular visits to corporate customers and sites across Bangladesh to strengthen client relationships.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and tap into untapped markets to contribute significantly to sales growth.

  • Data Management: Diligently update the customer database with relevant information.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional services.

  • Sales Techniques: Utilize a refined sales script to efficiently engage with customers.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Order Processing: Professionally handle and process customer orders.

  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address product and service-related questions.

  • Listening Skills: Skillfully listen to customer needs to generate repeat sales.

  • Inquiry Handling: Proactively ask questions to understand customer requirements and facilitate appointment closures.

  • Telephone Sales: Effectively manage incoming calls and inquiries, promoting and selling our services/products over the telephone.

  • Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.

  • Flexibility: Display readiness to undertake any responsibilities delegated by the management.

  • Possession of a valid driver`s license is preferred for this position.
