  • Skills Required: Experience on Relevant Field, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)

Job Context

We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Sr. Executive (Sales) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. The Candidate Must Have at Least 2 to 3 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing (REAL ESTATE PREFERRED).

  • Project Location:- Rajuk Purbachal New Town

Job Responsibilities

  • To Look After Customer Quarries, Product Promotion Activities, Counselling with Client, Corporate Sales Meeting Arrange, Tale-Marketing with Customer Relation Develop, Site Visit with Client, Daily Sales Reporting to Supervisor.

  • Manage Existing & Potential Customers by Sales Visits & Regular Follow-Up.

  • Build an Effective Relationship with the Customers & Maintain Client Database (CRM).

  • Research and Analyze real Estate Market Trends, Competitor Offerings and Other Information that Affects Business Sales Strategies.

  • Adhere to the Recommended Sales Strategies to Meet the Desired Sales Targets.
