• Ability to build trust with clients and close sales professionally.

• Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-up activities.

• Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and lead handling process.

• Candidates should be presentable, smart, and professional in behavior.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills are highly encouraged.

• Freshers without sales confidence are discouraged from applying.

Malum Housing Ltd., a concern of Malum Group, is looking for a smart, energetic, and result-driven Sr. Executive (Sales) to join our growing team for our upcoming residential projects in Rajuk Purbachal New Town.

✔️ Experienced in Real Estate Sales & Marketing

✔️ Strong client handling & negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to manage leads professionally and build long-term customer relationships

✔️ Confident in conducting site visits, follow-ups, and sales presentations

✔️ Target-oriented and proactive mindset

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries and provide professional counseling

* Conduct product promotion and client meetings

* Arrange and manage site visits with potential buyers

* Maintain CRM and regular customer follow-up

* Coordinate telemarketing and lead management activities

* Analyze market trends and competitor activities

* Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly

* Follow strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

💼 Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

* Real Estate experience will get preference

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong understanding of client relationship management
