Authentic Fish Hub is a rapidly growing brand committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and authentic fish. We are expanding into new organic products including lal ata, cow meat, goat meat, and cow milk. Our mission is to ensure food purity and traceability while maintaining exceptional quality.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Operations & Procurement Manager who will ensure consistent sourcing of authentic products and maintain smooth, transparent operations across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard authentic suppliers for fish and other organic products
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, fishermen, and vendors
Ensure regular procurement to maintain consistent product availability and quality
2. Operations Management
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all outlets
Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality, hygiene, and service
Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve operational issues promptly
3. Inventory & Accounts Control
Ensure transparent inventory tracking across all outlets
Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
Maintain basic financial discipline in daily operations and report discrepancies
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
3+ years experience in operations, procurement, retail, or FMCG
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Hands-on experience with inventory or POS systems
Willingness to travel for sourcing and supplier management
