Bengal CKD Laser is a pioneer in bringing advanced CNC and laser technology to Bangladesh’s industrial sector. As we expand our footprint in the manufacturing landscape, we are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive.
This is not just a typical sales role; it requires a person who understands the "heart" of a factory. You will be the bridge between our high-precision German/Chinese standard technology and the booming RMG, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering industries of Bangladesh. If you are someone who enjoys visiting industrial hubs, demonstrating high-tech machinery, and closing high-value B2B deals, this role is for you.
1. Strategic Lead Generation & B2B Outreach:
Actively scout and identify potential B2B clients in key sectors (RMG, Metal Fabrication, Automotive, and Electronics).
Conduct "cold calls" and physical visits to factories and industrial zones to generate new business opportunities.
2. Technical Solution Selling:
Perform live product demonstrations of Fiber Laser Cutting, Marking, and Welding machines.
Analyze client production needs and recommend the most efficient laser power (Wattage) and machine configuration.
3. Relationship & Key Account Management:
Build and maintain a strong network with factory owners, technical directors, and procurement heads.
Ensure excellent after-sales follow-ups to foster long-term loyalty and referrals.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities regarding pricing and machine specifications.
Assist the management in developing quarterly sales targets and market penetration strategies for new industrial zones.
5. Technical Communication:
Simplify complex technical data (e.g., cutting thickness, gas consumption, software compatibility) for non-technical decision-makers.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and initial training for the client.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on lead status, client feedback, and conversion rates.
Manage formal quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts with precision.
Must be willing to travel to industrial areas (Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj, etc.) as required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills are mandatory.
