Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Sales & Marketing Department as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at FIXIT GROUP.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Develop New Market.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the FMCG & Lubricating oil market.
New Dealer / Distributor on board.
Provide Daily Picture from the appointed market.
Provide Daily/Weekly Sales Report.
Maintain Dealer Stock.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
