Context: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Sales & Marketing Department as ASM/RSM at FIXIT GROUP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

• Develop New Market.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Construction chemical & Lubricating oil market.

• New Dealer / Distributor on board.

• Must Have Android Phone.

• Provide Daily Picture from the appointed market.

• Provide Daily/Weekly Sales Report.

• Maintain Dealer Stock.

• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
