• Age 26 to 38 years

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in sales/real estate

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of Facebook, Messenger, and other social media platforms

• Confident, smart, and target-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel for client visits

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Contact leads via phone, share project details, and convert leads into sales

• Attend and coordinate client site visits when required

• Maintain and regularly update customer database

• Ensure consistent follow-up and build strong client relationships

• Promote projects through social media platforms and local marketing activities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including message responses and engagement

• Provide documentation support for bookings and sales processes

• Assist in promotional activities (on-camera & off-camera)

• Contribute actively to overall project success

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management
