Responsibilities & Context:
1. Key Responsibilities
· Product Growth: Drive the Market of Ruijie and Reyee networking solutions and products to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
· Channel Management: Develop and maintain relationships with local channel partners, System Integrators (SI), and Internet Service Providers (ISP).
· Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and conduct market analysis on product performance within the assigned territory.
· Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with technical teams to design network solutions for key projects (education, healthcare, or large enterprises).
· Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor stock levels, product availability, and order fulfillment through supply chain coordination.
Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements or replacements.
· Training & Enablement: Deliver product and tool training to partners to ensure they can independently support project delivery.
2. Job Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any others base on experience.
· Experience: Proven experience in ICT sales or networking products (switches, routers, WLAN) is highly preferred.
· Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali, excellent negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with networking solutions is a plus.
