Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Agent Manager who can recruit, train, manage, and lead our sales agent network and drive consistent sales growth through agents. This role requires full responsibility for agent operations from A to Z.

Job context:

Location: Merul Badda, Dhaka

Working Hours: Saturday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Office-Based + Field Coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage sales agents
• Train agents using structured sessions and PPT-based presentations
• Monitor agent performance and provide regular guidance & motivation
• Lead agents in field and market sales activities
• Set sales targets and ensure monthly target achievement
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate agent sales reports
• Handle all agent-related operations, issues, and coordination end-to-end

• Mobile bill,Performance bonus
