Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Naba Crop Care Ltd. is a sister concern of Nabil Group in the agriculture sector, providing high-quality pesticides, fertilizers, seeds etc. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Head of Operations to lead our overall Crop Care business.

Job Responsibilities:

 Profitability Management & Budget Control :

a.      Ensure monthly and yearly profitability targets are achieved.

b.     Optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiency.

c.      Monitor operational budgets and ensure cost optimization.

Distribution & Logistics :

a.      Improve distribution efficiency and reduce average delivery time.

b.     Implement best practices in supply chain and inventory management.

Business Planning & Strategy :

a.      Design and develop the annual business plan in collaboration with all concerned leaders.

b.     Drive strategic initiatives for growth and market expansion.

Sales Performance Monitoring :

a.      Closely monitor sales team performance and take corrective actions.

b.     Support sales Team and Marketing in resolving operational challenges.

Customer Satisfaction :

a.      Increase customer satisfaction level through service excellence and proactive engagement.

b.     Develop customer feedback mechanisms and implement improvement plans.
