  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Confidence in handling client communication via phone and social media.
  • Ability to maintain continuous, timely, and professional communication with potential clients.
  • Prior experience in a training institute or coaching center in similar roles (sales, social media handling, phone support, client communication) will be highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online marketing communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate professionally with clients through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

  • Respond to client messages and comments in a timely, polite, and convincing manner.

  • Make phone calls to potential clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate guidance.

  • Share course details, training materials, brochures, and promotional documents with interested clients.

  • Clearly explain course outlines, training facilities, learning outcomes, and career opportunities via chat and phone calls.

  • Invite clients to the office for counseling sessions and arrange lab/office visits when necessary.

  • Maintain daily communication logs, follow-up records, and CRM data accurately.

  • Generate leads through social media activities, paid/organic campaigns, and online engagement.

  • Follow up with leads regularly until successful conversion and sale closure.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to business growth.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, branding activities, and promotional programs.

  • Collect client feedback and share insights with management to improve services and strategies.

  • Maintain professional conduct and uphold the company’s brand value at all times.
