Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Training Institutes

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) – Mandatory

• Ulterior Engineering Certified candidates will receive preference

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Training Institutes

• Age 27 to 34 years

• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in Automation or a relevant field

• Strong hands-on expertise in industrial automation systems

• Experience in training delivery or industrial projects will be an added advantage

• Passionate about mentoring, teaching, and knowledge sharing

• Strong communication skills and professional attitude

• Conduct professional training sessions on PLC,VFD, HMI, and SCADA systems

• Guide trainees and supervise hands-on practical laboratory activities

• Support industrial automation projects and real-world technical implementations

• Participate in marketing and sales activities related to training programs and industrial services

• Ensure high-quality training delivery aligned with industry standards

• Mentor trainees and support their technical skill development and career readiness

• Salary: BDT 25,000 - 40,000 (Based on experience and skills)

• 12 Months Salary + 1 Festival Bonus (13th Salary)
