  • Proven experience dealing with international clients specifically from Europe, USA, and Australia (candidates with only local/Bangladesh client experience should not apply).

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

  • Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Demonstrated experience in:

    • Running email campaigns (cold outreach, sequencing, and nurturing)

    • Lead generation and lead conversion

    • Negotiation and sales conversion

    • Deal closing

    • Client relationship building

  • Proficient in using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and sales/marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Lemlist, Woodpecker).

  • Technically sound with the ability to confidently explain SEO and link-building services.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an international B2B context.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Expert to represent OneLittleWeb at the highest level with international clients (primarily from Europe, the USA, and Australia). This role involves direct client communication on calls (acting on behalf of the CEO), executing approved digital marketing campaigns, and driving new client acquisition through outbound strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for high-value international deals, requiring native-level English and proven experience working with clients from these regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company and speak directly with international clients on calls, acting on behalf of the CEO.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (primarily email outreach and lead generation campaigns) as discussed and approved by the CEO.
  • Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels targeting businesses in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, nurturing, negotiation, proposal presentation, deal closing, and post-sale relationship building.
  • Conduct professional video/audio calls with prospects and clients to pitch services, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, sales pipeline, and KPIs using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategy and campaign approvals.
