Responsibilities & Context:
The Technical Support (Diploma Engineer) will provide technical assistance related to cement usage, application, and quality to customers, sales teams, and project sites to support Eastern Cement Industries Limited’s sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support to customers, dealers, engineers, and contractors regarding cement application and best practices.
· Visit construction sites to advise on proper use of ECIL cement products.
· Assist in resolving technical complaints related to cement quality and usage.
· Support the sales team during site visits, client meetings, and product promotions.
· Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and awareness sessions for customers.
· Coordinate with sales teams to strengthen customer confidence and brand positioning.
· Collect site feedback and technical data for continuous product improvement.
· Prepare site visit reports, complaint reports, and technical feedback for management.
· Assist in organizing technical seminars, workshops, and training programs for dealers, engineers, and contractors.
· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and technical standards.
