Location: Floor 12, Sector-03, 15 Rabindra Sharani, 51 ABC Northridge, Dhaka 1230.

Vacancies: 1 (Male).

Job Summary :

The Store In-charge at Rusana Lifestyle is responsible for the overall operational excellence of the store. You will oversee daily store activities, manage inventory accuracy, supervise the floor team, and ensure that the physical store environment meets our premium brand standards. This role requires a highly organized individual who can balance administrative duties with team leadership to minimize shrinkage and maximize operational efficiency.

The Showroom Incharge is responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This role involves managing sales performance, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, overseeing inventory, and leading the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as the primary custodian of the brand’s image on the floor.

1. Store Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the showroom.

  • Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic presentation (Visual Merchandising) at all times.

  • Manage store facilities and report any maintenance issues (lighting, AC, furniture) immediately.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.

2. Sales & Customer Service

  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and professional assistance. Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, or returns with grace and efficiency.

  • Sales Targets: Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of all products (features, materials, pricing) and train staff to effectively communicate these USP to customers.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure popular items are always available.

  • Conduct regular physical stock audits to prevent shrinkage or discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse/supply chain team for stock replenishment and new product arrivals.

  • Oversee the correct tagging, labeling, and pricing of all merchandise.

4. Team Management

  • Prepare weekly/monthly duty rosters for sales associates and support staff.

  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and punctuality.

  • Motivate and coach the sales team to improve their performance and conversion rates.

  • Conflict resolution among staff members.

5. Administration & Reporting

  • Cash Management: Oversee the cash counter, billing accuracy, and daily cash deposits.

  • Reporting: Generate Daily Sales Reports (DSR), inventory reports, and footfall analysis using Excel or POS software.

  • Submit weekly performance reviews and customer feedback summaries to management.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail management, showroom sales, or a supervisory role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

    • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for reporting) and POS systems.

    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attributes: Customer-oriented mindset, problem-solver, honest, and detail-oriented.
