Responsibilities & Context:

Mahindra—the World’s No. 1 Tractor Company—strengthens its presence in Bangladesh through its long-standing partnership with RANCON Agro Machinery Limited, driving advanced farm mechanization and haulage solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven expert in the agricultural machinery sector as Senior Manager – Sales to lead and scale our agricultural machinery business, specifically Mahindra tractors operations. This role carries full responsibility for Team building, capability development, sales, distribution, revenue growth, channel expansion, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading sales operations and business performance for Mahindra tractors.

  • Developing team capability to execute sales, distribution and market expansion strategies for Mahindra tractors.

  • Regular communication with International OEM for alignment and co-ordination.

  • Managing and growing dealer, distributor and channel partner networks.

  • Leading sales training and performance management systems.

  • Driving product planning, launches and full lifecycle management.

  • Controlling tractor inventory, liquidation, forecasting and working capital efficiency.

  • Designing and executing ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing and brand activation campaigns.

  • Establishing dealer SOPs, compliance systems and retail standards.

  • Managing pricing, promotions, trade schemes and channel profitability.

  • Driving digital, community and influencer marketing initiatives.

  • Conducting market research, consumer insights and competitor analysis.

  • Supporting new business development in agricultural machinery.
