Job Location: Anywhere of North Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring unit collection as per target along with integrity, transparency & consistency.

• Maintaining customer profiles, collection reports & performance records properly to ensure timely and effective reporting as per requirements.

• Collecting outstanding amounts on their accounts and arranging for payments to be made.

• Following up with clients on previous payment arrangements.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.

• Keeping the outstanding amounts always in check.

• Able to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly Recovery target.

• Submitting monthly/quarterly/yearly Recovery.

Salary Range: As per company policy.
