Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring unit collection as per target along with integrity, transparency & consistency.
∎ Maintaining customer profiles, collection reports & performance records properly to ensure timely and effective reporting as per requirements.
∎ Collecting outstanding amounts on their accounts and arranging for payments to be made.
∎ Following up with clients on previous payment arrangements.
∎ Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
∎ Keeping the outstanding amounts always in check.
∎ Able to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly Recovery target.
∎ Submitting monthly/quarterly/yearly Recovery.
