Role Purpose

The Client Success and Growth Manager / Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving sustainable account growth. This role requires a balance of client advocacy, commercial acumen, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their operational and strategic needs.

  • Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization of company solutions.

  • Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, technical, and operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Monitor account performance, client engagement, and satisfaction metrics.

  • Prepare structured reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

  • Proactively address client concerns and risks to ensure retention and long-term partnership.

  • Contribute to the development of key account management and client success frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, Relationship Management, or Business Development.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a structured manner.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or SaaS environments will be an advantage.
