Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate) – Day Light Abason City

Job Responsibilities:

·       Promote and sell residential land/plots under the company’s real estate projects.

·       Identify and communicate with prospective clients through direct visits, phone calls, and online platforms.

·       Prepare and present property proposals to clients.

·       Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

·       Achieve individual and team sales targets.

·       Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team for strategic planning and lead generation.

Educational Requirements:

·       Minimum BBA/Graduate in any discipline.

·       Educational qualifications may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:

·       At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Real Estate sector.

·       Freshers or candidates who have completed internships in real estate may also apply.

Additional Requirements:

·       Age: 23 to 35 years

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

·       Must be proactive, confident, and energetic.

·       Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
