Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checked leftover along with factory assign personnel and segregate the leftover as per appropriate Category.
∎ Check whether all garments are physically existed or not during order/style closing as per order/style completion.
∎ Inventory auditing physical stock counting and reporting to the supervisor.
∎ Check the process input and output status.
∎ Assist company Auditor during audit time.
∎ Perform internal audit of overall business process like weaving, dyeing and finishing, and also dyes & chemical relating to audit activities.
∎ Dyeing and Finishing Production Analysis Re-process and NPT related auditing activity.
∎ Finishing Sub-Contact Amount & Bill related auditing activity.
∎ Auditing activity material movement system, on time Delivery, Slow-moving & non-moving Items, process loss %, reduce reprocess utilization and identify sources of waste Order wise Excess materials.
∎ Identify and reduce all business and financial risks.
∎ Report to superior and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value.
∎ Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.
∎ Prepare reports on the internal audit and present to management·
∎ Any other assign duties assign by management & department Head/
