• CA (CC) completed from a recognized CA Firm

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Conduct process, functional and compliance audits across SBUs to evaluate internal control effectiveness and operational efficiency

• Perform pre- and post-audit reviews of payments, party bills, internal bills, vouchers, and expense claims to ensure accuracy, policy compliance and detect errors or potential fraud

• Carry out market visits and physical verifications to confirm compliance with AkijBashir Group policies and procedures

• Review vendor quotations and market rates to ensure fairness, transparency and cost-effectiveness

• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and non-compliance issues, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions

• Prepare structured internal audit reports highlighting observations, risks, root causes and actionable recommendations

• Follow up on audit observations and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure timely implementation and closure of audit issues

• Maintain confidentiality, objectivity and professional ethics while performing all audit activities
