Responsibilities & Context:

FCIL is seeking a highly competent and disciplined Executive – Interior Architect to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing interior projects from concept through completion. The role requires strong design and technical abilities, efficient multitasking, and frequent site visits, including locations outside Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed interior design concepts, technical drawings, and layout plans based on project requirements.
• Prepare 2D/3D visualizations, material boards, mood boards, and BOQs.
• Ensure proper coordination of all project stages, including design development, documentation, procurement, and execution.
• Visit project sites regularly (including outside Dhaka) to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of design and organization.
• Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, progress reports, and correspondence.
• Develop detailed interior design concepts, technical drawings, and layout plans for industrial and residential projects.
