Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper and safe house-keeping, health & safety on the production floor

  • through regular compliance visit & maintain safety checklist to identify any risk and take remedial initiatives.

  • Assist to prepare, review & update the policies, procedures & SOPs based on timeline, buyers’ requirements & amendment of BLL & BLA.

  • Assist to prepare audit documents for all sorts of social compliance audit.

  • Assist to preparing & updating Master NC file, functional CAP and immediate rectification of all NCs.

  • Assist in preparing CAP forwarding to the buyers.

  • Conduct internal assessment as per audit calender. Collect CAP & follow up its implementation.

  • Ensure on time submission of different reports for DIFE.

  • Assist EHS team on HIGG self-assessment & validation.

  • Conduct risk assessment and making report with safety committee (SC).

  • Co-ordinate the health check-up, prepare fitness certificates and update the personal files of dangerous operations employees.

  • Draft all types of notices, office order and maintain the record.

  • Maintain and update all notice and compliance board.

  • Assist to update and keep record of CSR activities.
