∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be experienced in the Ready-Made (Woven) Garments Sector.
∎ Excellent leadership qualities and interpersonal skills to maintain the good team work among all departments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have the knowledge to follow-up on total production system from Cutting to Finishing.
∎ To ensure efficient uses of resources like man, machine, materials etc.
∎ Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies, to increase the productivity and quality with minimum cost.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of the skills of the workers, and machine, to minimize the cost.
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity.
∎ Identify and remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates.
∎ Operational Bulletin and competitive consumption (SMV Calculation).
∎ Ensure the average efficiency as per company goals.Ensure a very significant role to increase productivity while maintaining standard.
∎ Keeping up to date with all the Information of the areas assigned and Maintain Daily IE related reports.
∎ Monitor line wise production report, on hourly output basis.
∎ Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, time study, line balancing etc.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting and achievement monitoring.
∎ Monitor workers' performance; Operator's skill test and skill matrix preparation.
∎ Analyze low production and collect lost time against low production, and clarify standard operational break down to Production departments.
