∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 2 - 5 years in similar assignment/role in a large Knit Composite Factory
∎ Leadership quality with positive attitude & having ability to take right decision independently.
∎ Organizing & managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal communication skills in Bangla and English, both oral and written.
∎ Should have knowledge on social, technical and safety compliance issues
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for following up the Knitting production & production target.
∎ Knitting production analysis & Machine wise production target setting.
∎ Working in collaboration with other team members to ensure that Production target set for each is achieved.
∎ Be aware of the garments shipment schedule and work with the relevant teams to ensure that the gray fabrics are delivered to the concerned department in time to meet the shipment target.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting and production monitoring.
∎ Check all IE related reports (time/method /motion/capacity study) report of the floor on the basis of individual machine.
∎ Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine.
∎ Preparing weekly NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for the employees.
∎ Must have the knowledge about 5s implementation.
∎ Plan and ensure maximum utilization of machines.
∎ Maintains team discipline and closely monitor compliance procedure (health & safety, 5S etc.)
∎ Plans, implements and monitors the quality control methods of entire Knitting division.
∎ Any other relevant task/responsibilities assigned by the Superior/ Management.
