• Evaluate Cutting Requirements: Assess and analyze the cutting requirements for various production orders.
• Maintain Balance: Ensure a balanced distribution of cutting tasks to meet production targets efficiently.
• Skill Matrix Development: Create and maintain a skill matrix for the cutting team to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Production Line Optimization: Work to prevent delays in the production line due to cutting issues, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Enhance Efficiency: Implement strategies to enhance overall working efficiency and achieve daily production targets.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address cutting-related difficulties through participation in Production Planning (PP) meetings.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Plan Zone responsible personnel to address style-related challenges and provide clear guidance.
• Document Readiness: Ensure that all necessary documents are prepared and ready for new style cutting.
• Capacity Analysis: Conduct capacity studies based on assortment and calculate the total required cutting quantity.
• Monitoring Spreading and Cutting: Supervise the spreading and cutting processes to minimize time wastage.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for time-saving measures, manpower reduction, handling improvements, and innovative solutions.
• Motivational Leadership: Deliver motivational speeches to boost productivity and skill development among the cutting team.
• Resource Optimization: Strive to make the best use of manpower, machines, and time to optimize cutting operations.
• Waste Minimization: Implement strategies to minimize wastage in the cutting process.
• Target Achievement: Work according to the daily production plan and make efforts to achieve set targets.
• Audit Compliance: Ensure that all necessary reports for audits related to the Cutting Department are prepared and maintained.
