∎ Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Computer Science
∎ CCNA will be preferable .
∎ Skills Required: Good comunication skill, spoken and writing skills both English and Bangla
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT System Management, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnosis and resolves end - user mail, network, hardware and software problem.
∎ Delivers tags, setup and assist in the configuration of end-user workstation hardware, software and peripherals.
∎ Install and support of antivirus to to every end-user workstation for providing virus, spam and spyware protection.
∎ Keep ICT asset record & maintaining with software and others.
∎ Setup and repair IP phone UPS, Scanner & Color printer.
∎ Setup and maintain NW Rack, Wi-Fi, LAN, TA, Projector &CCTV.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Experience in Network Support will be necessary.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network.
∎ Knowledge on application software management over different OS.
∎ Knowledge on Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Self driven and hard working.
