Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled ICT Expert to support our organisation technology infrastructure, implement digital solutions, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in ICT system management, software support, and data security, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and office IT systems.
- Provide technical support to Employees and troubleshoot IT related issues.
- Ensure data backup, system security, and protection against unauthorized access.
- Manage office servers, cloud storage, email, and digital communication systems.
- Install, configure, and update software related to accounting, tax, and VAT management.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers when necessary.
- Maintain and upgrade the Organisation’s website.
- Support digital documentation, file management, and ERP systems.
- Ensure proper functionality of printers, scanners, CCTV, photocopier and other office equipment.
- Assist management in IT policy development and digital transformation initiatives.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary Range: Tk. 20,000 - 30,000 (Based on experience and performance)
