Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in IT (B.Sc.), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar related fields or equivalent work experience is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the development of new products or services to meet customer needs;
∎ Managing operations such as computer networks, hardware, software, and other IT infrastructure to ensure it is functioning properly;
∎ Developing and implementing policy related to information security and privacy concerns;
∎ Identifying potential problems with existing systems and recommending improvements to existing processes;
∎ Researching new technologies and products that could help the company achieve its goals;
∎ Reviewing the company’s current systems and recommending changes to management;
∎ Establishing policies and procedures for an organization’s computing needs;
∎ Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
∎ In-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and conferencing applications.
