Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from any reputed University or Master's in English.
The applicants should have 2 to 3 years of experience in the Garments or Washing Plant.
Good communication skills in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
The incumbent should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law.
Good knowledge on HR activities( People Development)
Must have working experience in Training & Development.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and disciplinary management.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
Arrange in-house and external training sessions.
Maintain training calendar and participant records.
Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and official documents.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies /SOP.
Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality
Liaise with other departments for smooth HR service delivery
Support management with required HR documentation.
Liaise with central team to implement performance management system.
