Responsibilities & Context:

About the Company: M&J Group entered into manufacturing activities in 1963 by establishing a flour milling company. Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.

  • Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and disciplinary management.

  • Coordinate training and development programs.

  • Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.

  • Arrange in-house and external training sessions.

  • Maintain training calendar and participant records.

  • Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and official documents.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies /SOP.

  • Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality

  • Liaise with other departments for smooth HR service delivery

  • Support management with required HR documentation.

  • Liaise with central team to implement performance management system.
