Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the effective performance management system, ensuring it aligns with the company`s strategic goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance standards for employees

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles (goal setting, mid-year review, year-end evaluation)

  • Maintain performance data and prepare reports/analytics for management insights

  • Train employees on PMS tools, formats, and best practices

  • Assist in designing and executing OD interventions (e.g., change management, leadership development, employee engagement)

  • Support competency framework development and implementation across departments

  • Collect and analyze data related to organizational health (e.g., surveys, focus groups, turnover trends, HR Analytics)

  • Prepare and update JD, JS & Organogram reflecting reporting relationships and role alignment

  • Assist in developing & standardizing policies, SOP and draft different kinds of official letters, person`s profile, etc.
