Job Responsibilities
Assist in the effective performance management system, ensuring it aligns with the company`s strategic goals and objectives
Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance standards for employees
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles (goal setting, mid-year review, year-end evaluation)
Maintain performance data and prepare reports/analytics for management insights
Train employees on PMS tools, formats, and best practices
Assist in designing and executing OD interventions (e.g., change management, leadership development, employee engagement)
Support competency framework development and implementation across departments
Collect and analyze data related to organizational health (e.g., surveys, focus groups, turnover trends, HR Analytics)
Prepare and update JD, JS & Organogram reflecting reporting relationships and role alignment
Assist in developing & standardizing policies, SOP and draft different kinds of official letters, person`s profile, etc.
