Job Context:
∎ Boomerang Digital is looking for an Executive in the Human Resources Department. The individual with a positive & friendly attitude who will be primarily responsible for the day to day HR operations, Recruitment, Organizational Development, and other duties.
∎ Office Work Days: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic change.
∎ Office Working Hours: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm; subject to periodic change.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Typical duties and responsibilities will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:

∎ Assists the management in maintaining smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, and also in implementing overall HR systems.
∎ Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with all employees within the company and outsiders also (e.g. vendors).
∎ Designing and implementing performance appraisals.
∎ Motivates and counsels employees to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Identify training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line managers.
∎ Arrange training and development programs based on the needs of the organisation and the individual.
∎ Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
∎ Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.
∎ Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
∎ Work with the management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
∎ Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Maintaining attendance and leave records.
∎ Collaborate with Finance Department on payroll, benefits, employee leave and department budget.
∎ Develops and maintains the company organization chart.
∎ Implements employee compensation & benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
∎ Resolves grievances or queries that any of the employees may have.
∎ Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
∎ Participates and coordinates executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
∎ Fulfill all other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience of at least 1 year as an HR Executive or similar role.
∎ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
∎ Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
∎ Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or all employees.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Bangla).
∎ DESIRED SKILLS:
∎ A self-driven individual who enjoys being part of a collaborative, strategic process.
∎ Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Leadership quality and strong people management skills.
∎ Proficient in GSuite/ Microsoft Office and use/creation of spreadsheets and database management tools.
∎ Knowledge in employment law, labor law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
∎ Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced & challenging environment.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Stipend: Negotiable (Depending on skill-set & experience).The hired person`s permanent position will be confirmed after the end of the probation period.
