Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate/ MBA in HRM will be given preference.
∎ Diploma in HR or social compliance is preferred.
∎ Diploma in Social Compliance and HRM from BIM will be preferable,
∎ Graduation in Business/law/chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Working Place-Ashulia, Savar.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compensation and benefit check including- salary, overtime, final settlement, earn leave, bonus, and increment
∎ Chemical management
∎ Floor Compliance management
∎ Wastage management
∎ Health & safety management including Fire
∎ Environment safety management
∎ Training Arrangement- like Fire, First aid, chemical etc.
∎ Conduct Monthly Fire drill and every six months conduct fire drill through fire service and Civil Defense
∎ Arrange and conduct different type of meeting like PC, safety, Canteen, Corona etc.
∎ Taking and keeping record of disciplinary action
∎ Conduct and monitor the Safety committee work, checklist, report, safety board, safety record book
∎ ETP management,
∎ Risk assessment
∎ Prepare & solve CAP
∎ Any other job assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ 3-4 years’ experience, in accessories industry in preferable
∎ Must have experience in social compliance audit like BSCI, Sedex, GRS, Higg audit, Buyer like C&A, Primark, Inditex, H&M
∎ Must have knowledge about 'Bangladesh Labor Law', Bangladesh Labor Rules, COC of different buyers
