∎ - The applicants should have experience in related field specially in garments accessories at any Multinational Company.
∎ - Fluent in Chinese & English language and strong communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement business development strategies.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive dynamics.
∎ Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players and clients.
∎ Lead the business development team, Sales & Marketing team to setting targets and driving the sales process.
∎ Drive revenue initiatives, optimizing new and existing revenue streams.
∎ Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
∎ Provide regular business development reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
