Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after all office administrative function; maintain records, files and update all documents.
∎ Overseeing the housekeeping and building security of corporate office through proper planning and execution of the security system.
∎ Space management of the corporate office and maintain all fixed and movable assets of the establishment.
∎ Administer the transport management system in the corporate office & also liaison with factory office for updating the information.
∎ Handling recruitment process of sales force.
∎ Preparing salary.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
∎ Organizing and maintaining personal file and ensure proper maintenance of the same. Maintaining human resource database by recording joining, transfers, separation and changes in job classifications, updated leave information.
∎ Issuing sim for the new employees and record it in a database.
∎ Performed any other task assigned by Management.
