Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA HRM/Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM from BIM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day Shift wise factory HR operation.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures in line with company objectives and philosophy and ensure their implementation.
∎ Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
∎ Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.
∎ Monitor absenteeism, labor turnover, complaint and grievances to alert the management of impending personnel problems so that they can be checked in time.
∎ Support line management as it relates to employee relation issues.
∎ Follow up factory Housekeeping issue & maintaining Health and Hygiene-related Issues. Monitor the Cleaners, Supervisor, Office Assistant & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Assist in employee’s job evaluation process and prepare salary structure as per job grade.
∎ Support line management as it relates to employee relation issues.
∎ Monitoring Visitor Log and activities (recruitment, training) of any visitors to maintain Office Safety & Security.
∎ Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
∎ Update internal databases with new hire and resignation information.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Training on Social Compliance and Labor Law will be given preference .
∎ Sound knowledge in BLA 2006 & BLR 2015 (with up to date amendment).
∎ Positive attitude, Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Problem-solving skill, Human relation skill, Conceptual skill.
