Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide core support and handle entire recruitment & Selection work of all location of Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. from CV sorting to on boarding and placement of the candidate.
∎ Manage, Coordinate and run successful Training & Development Program of the company for all levels as per the direction of HoD. Keep track of training records as well perform pre & post training evaluation process accordingly.
∎ Handle all staffs personal file safely as per check list and update accordingly time to time. Prepare, draft and approve all relevant letters to employee in regards to employee issue.
∎ Keep all HR record in HRIS (e.g. absences, leave, payroll, bonus, increment, confirmation, promotion etc.) and ensure that HR data is of good quality and kept up to date, particularly regarding salary. Submit report to management time to time based on the information in HRIS.
∎ Keep track of all KPI record in HRIS of all staffs of Miniso and follow up accordingly.
∎ Handle corporate admin tasks efficiently and timely.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Stress taking ability, bear right mentality to finish projects within deadline. Able to show professionalism in most negative environment. A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications expertise.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) in English is a must.
