Job Context:

  • Include Work is a forward-thinking IT company based in Bangladesh. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Executive - HR & Admin to support our HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR activities, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local labor laws.
  • Oversee and manage employee records.
  • Process payroll, manage leave, and administer employee benefits.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Support the planning and execution of training and development programs.
  • Manage general office administration, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
