The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR activities, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local labor laws.
- Oversee and manage employee records.
- Process payroll, manage leave, and administer employee benefits.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Support the planning and execution of training and development programs.
- Manage general office administration, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
