• Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Ability to write for diverse audiences and formats, including technical, B2B, and B2C content

• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization

• Strong research skills with the ability to produce well-informed, original content

• Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

• Knowledge of SaaS, IT, BPO, or software industry content is a plus

• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt writing style to different audiences

• Research, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, articles, website pages, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms

• Develop content that aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals

• Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, and product teams to produce compelling and consistent content

• Optimize content for SEO and readability

• Proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and factual accuracy

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats
