Preparing the Payroll each month.

Recruiting requisition and recruiting process developing
Coordinating with departments and pulling off cross-functional activities with the approval of Higher management.
Employee’s Learning and skills development planning through training, counselling, etc.
Appointment letter, joining letter, increment letter, warning letter, show cause letter, etc., all types of HR related letter draft preparing.
