Responsibilities & Context:

  1. Preparing the company policy regarding attendance, salary, bonus, leaves, increment, provident fund, gratuity, etc.

  2. The company organogram and each designation KPI, JD, and performance evaluation process are being developed.

  3. Checking daily employee attendance and leave management.

  4. Preparing the Payroll each month.

  5. Employee database creation offline and online

  6. Recruiting requisition and recruiting process developing 

  7. Coordinating with departments and pulling off cross-functional activities with the approval of Higher management.

  8. Employee’s Learning and skills development planning through training, counselling, etc.

  9. Appointment letter, joining letter, increment letter, warning letter, show cause letter, etc., all types of HR related letter draft preparing.

  10. Overall, a friendly working environment is developed and maintained by the corporate norms.
