Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and coordinate all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes across departments, as well as Cross-Border Operations.

  • Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Include Work’s mission and objectives.

  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and partners to support business needs.

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of operational systems, tools, and technologies that support workflow efficiency.

  • Prepare regular reports for leadership, providing insights on operational performance, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify potential risks within operations and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.

  • Lead the hiring process for operational and administrative roles, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, final payment etc.

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, office management, procurement, and record keeping.

  • Identify operational challenges and develop proactive solutions to minimize risks and disruptions.

  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Managing Director regarding operational performance, challenges, and progress on key initiatives.

  • Work closely with the MD and Accountant to support employee relations, resolve issues, and promote a productive work environment.
