Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up daily HR activities and ensure uninterrupted daily factory HR operations.
∎ Ensure compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures across the factory.
∎ Monitor & ensure healthy environment of factory premises so that factory employees can be able to comply with the necessary health, hygiene & safety regulations and practices.
∎ Maintain a robust database to ensure hiring pool ready all time.
∎ Receive requests of recruitment from all department; collect and shortlist potential candidates for interview and arrange interview by engaging relevant stakeholders.
∎ Complete on-boarding activities of new hires and maintain all kind of joining records as per ISO 9001:2015 standard.
∎ Plan and organize various events.
∎ Drive monthly and annual recognition scheme robustly for factory employees.
∎ Collect information of absence/late/long absence information as required and conduct counselling to reduce absenteeism, turn-over & improve overall discipline.
∎ Submit insurance claim for all employees and follow-up settlement process and prepare quarterly report for claim amount vs settled amount.
∎ Conduct all kinds of awareness & training program as per yearly training calendar with proper record and documentation as per audit standard.
∎ Maintain all checklist as per company rules and requirement.
∎ Ensure necessary compliance on working hours by preparing leave and attendance report, tracking overtime data etc. Generate necessary reports on leave, attendance and OT and share with respective stakeholders.
∎ Assist HR In Charge in various HR processes i.e Performance Management, Salary & Wages Review etc.
∎ Prepare monthly wages, overtime and take necessary steps to disburse.
∎ Work closely with various stakeholders of factory and ensure necessary HR supports as per business need.
∎ Assist HR in charge for keeping all time readiness on various internal and external audits and visits.
∎ Ensure on time uniform and liveries support for all employees with proper planning.
∎ Monitor and supervise overall factory administration and ensure necessary safety related to building structure, access control, health & hygienic, security system etc.
∎ Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Females are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015
∎ Effective communication both in verbal and written
∎ Computer Knowledge (Specially on MS Excel) to generate reports on need basis.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
