Additional Requirements: - Age 26 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in HR (not more than 5 years) Preferably in the garments.
- Tech-savviness: Must be comfortable working with ERP and HRIS tools.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; good typing skills in Bengali are required.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law will be an added advantage.
- Must be proactive, Detail-oriented, and Capable of working under pressure.
- Should maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
- Minimum Graduation in any background.
Responsibilities & Context: Maintain and update HRIS modules in ERP.
Generate and manage different types of HR-related letters and documents.
Update and organize employee personnel files and records digitally.
Plan, implement, and manage recruitment and onboarding activities effectively.
Ensure smooth coordination of HR drives, initiatives, and activities.
Work closely with management and employees to ensure HR policies are followed.
