Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for executing and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
∎ Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process including checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
∎ Create and implement effective and smooth onboarding and off-boarding process.
∎ Collect all information pertinent to new employees, ensure their joining formalities.
∎ Maintain and update employees' personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and similar records.
∎ Work with the Head of Human Resources with general HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures.
∎ Handle leave allocation for staff and generate leave reports to assist finance department in processing payroll deductions.
∎ Manage corporate SIM and handle all queries and problems.
∎ Prepare different HR related letters and documents including NOCs and employment letters.
∎ Monitor attendance of all staff and provide reports to the respective authorities on regular basis.
∎ Assist the Head of HR for processing the visa and work permit for expatriate staff.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to induct new employees to organization policies, procedures, laws and standards.
∎ Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
∎ Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
∎ Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
∎ Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare staff handbooks.
∎ Visiting Divisional Passport and Visa Office Dhaka whenever it is required.
∎ Performs other duties as required.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A good command in English Language is essential.
∎ Enthusiastic and sympathetic attitude towards young children.
∎ Goal oriented and can handle jobs under pressure.
∎ Must have the skill of using MS Office and G Suite.
