Call Center, Garments, Group of Companies, Hotel, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take care all clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related information to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records.
∎ Receive of all phone calls and will forward all incoming and outgoing call as per desire of the caller.
∎ Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them
∎ Maintain Visitor, staff attendance Registrar, movement register and receiving & dispatch goods history.
∎ Handle day to day administrative matters of the organization
∎ Handle Panasonic PABX System
∎ Receive & Dispatch Mail from Factory & Others.
∎ Diligently manage all HR files of organization, Maintain and ensure implementation HR related paperwork and filing.
∎ Sound Knowledge Recruitment Process, HRIS Software, Employees Engagement, Performance Management System etc.
∎ Prepare dinning arrangement for office employees.
∎ Prepare compensation and benefits plan for all employees.
∎ Ensure effective administration of personnel records and files in line with current HR policy and best practices.
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in Microsoft office, E-mail, internet etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on spoken English
∎ Smart, energetic with good vocal
∎ Excellent Bangla typing skill of using Bijoy software.
∎ Fluent English speaking will be an added advantage.
