Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ EEE/ Chemical /IPE or Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Foreign Trade
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare L/C Opening, Documentation, Payment of L/C, and Follow-up retirement of documents.
∎ Assist to prepare Commercial invoices, Packing lists for export, and ensure Online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Correspondence with buyers for any uprising issues (e.g. export L/C amendment, correction L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, etc.) through phone and e-mail.
∎ Cooperate to submit all Import and Export-related statements and returns.
∎ Coordinate the activities and maintain liaison to build up a satisfactory relationship with Customs/ Port Customs, Banks, etc.
∎ Maintain import shipping documents on time as per compliance of Foreign Exchange Policy, and BEZA.
∎ Communicate with inter-department on a regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Practical experience in MS Office applications and E-mail correspondence.
∎ Good command over written and verbal communication in both Bengali and English.
∎ Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Analytical Skills.
