Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Textile/Diploma in Textile/Graduation from any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow the instructions, machine wise plan given by Asst. Manager/Finishing Manager/HOD
∎ Follow the SOP, Std fabric parameters, machine check points, Softener Recipe.
∎ Ensure the correct threading-path, machine cleanness before start of any production.
∎ Ensure that finish chemicals are being weight correctly.
∎ Ensure that fabric parameters (Dia, Gsm, PH, hand feel, overall dyeing quality) during finishing Production of each machine.
∎ Ensure that All Stenter/Dryer machines are running in Auto Mode.
∎ To ensure fabric samples are to be provide to lab for various testing and to collect test reports from lab.
∎ To provide the input to finishing head to standardize the process parameters and discuss with shift in charge and operator to avoid manual changes /interruptions and Unwanted sample cutting.
∎ Before transferring the batch to QA ensure that Fabric parameters and appearance is meeting to byers STD.
∎ Trained the Operators for Consistent and Higher Production with improved Quality and optimum cost.
∎ Ensure the safe working, Material Handing, Compliance requirements and a good housekeeping all the time.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate who work with these brands m/c, Bruckner Stenter, Lafer compactor, Corino Slitting, Brushing & sueding will given preferred.
∎ Basic computer knowledge, Good in English & Bengali as well.
∎ Able to manage the production shift wise, Training ability to workers.
∎ Must be proper shift handling power.
