Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Petty cash management.
∎ Maintain Cash book/Journal book.
∎ Cash withdraw from bank & Cash disbursement as per approved bill.
∎ Checking all Kinds of Bill (Local bill, Conveyance bill, labor tips & repairing expenses).
∎ Prepare transaction records and preparation of all kinds of vouchers.
∎ Fund requisition papers prepare as per approval and prepare reconciliation report.
∎ Dealing with Banks.
∎ Assist the supervisor to keep record of fixed asset register maintaining works.
∎ Process all Factory payments as per policy.
∎ Any other task or responsibilities assigned by superior/management.
∎ Party bill checking as per work order & Prepare payment advice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Salary: Negotiable
